Hourly Rates
All hourly rates are based on a two-hour minimum.
Weekday Rentals (Monday to Thursday, excluding Holidays*)
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $60/hour
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $70/hour
Weekend and Holiday* DAY Rentals (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Friday — $70/hour
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays* — $120/hour
Weekend and Holiday* EVENING Rentals (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Friday — $550
Saturday and Holidays* — $1000
Sunday and pre-Holiday* — $400
Surcharge for larger groups, per event
$50 for more than 49 but less than 100 people
$100 for more than 100 people
Holiday* – Federal AND public school holidays
Payment Information
The Security Deposit of $150 must paid at time of reservation. It will be refunded after the rental, minus any charges related to the rental.
Our Rental Manager must also receive the full rental fee at least one week in advance of the rental date.
Checks should be made payable to BCC and sent to the Business Manager, 6314 Bannockburn Drive #3, Bethesda, MD 20817. Please attach the check for the security deposit to the completed and signed rental agreement. Please write the rental date on the check for the rental fee.
PayPal invoices can be generated upon request.
When paying the security deposit, please write “Security deposit for [rental date] by XYZ” in the memo/message field. When paying the rental fee, please write “Clubhouse rental on [rental date] by XYZ” in the memo/message field, where XYZ identifies the person or group that is renting (e.g. Beverly Blinder or Walt Whitman HS Rowing Club). In this case we will refund the security deposit also via PayPal.
