In addition to the $200 security deposit paid at the time of reservation, payment must be received in full no later than one week prior to your rental date. This includes cleaning fees*, and surcharges for larger groups.

All hourly rates are based on a two-hour minimum.

Monday to Thursday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $60/hour
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $70/hour

Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $70/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $550 total

Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $1,000 total

Sunday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $400 total

Federal, Public School Holidays & Pre-Holidays

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $1,000 total

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Cleaning Fees

All groups of 25+ (excluding non-profits who can provide 501c3 documentation), will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. We will schedule cleaners to come in after event.

Large Groups

$50 for 49 – 100 people
$100 for 100+ people
