In addition to the $200 security deposit paid at the time of reservation, payment must be received in full no later than one week prior to your rental date. This includes cleaning fees, and surcharges for larger groups. 

BCC MEMBER DISCOUNT

BCC members will receive a 20% discount off hourly rental rates and $150 weekend morning parties* after one year of active membership.

*Weekend morning parties are from 9am to 1pm with attendance capped at 30.

All hourly rates are based on a three-hour minimum.

Monday to Thursday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $60/hour
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM — $70/hour

Friday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $70/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $550 total

Saturday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $1,000 total

Sunday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $400 total

Federal, Public School Holidays & Pre-Holidays

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM — $120/hour
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $1,000 total

ADDITIONAL FEES:

Cleaning Fees

All groups of 25+ (excluding non-profits who can provide 501c3 documentation), will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. We will schedule cleaners to come in after event.

Security Deposit

Failure to mop any messes and sweep all floors in areas used, including the bathroom, will result in forfeiture of your deposit

Large Groups

$50 for 49 – 100 people
$100 for 100+ people
